Do the candles come with specific crystals or are they random?

They are random! Every candle is different, and they come with at least 5 tumbled crystals in each candle and one on top!
What makes a wood wick candle different?

The wood wicks make a calming crackling sound with they are burned. Be sure to cut them to about 1/4 inch before you light it each time!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders places by 5pm on Friday will be mailed that Saturday. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We take great care in crafting products that are gentle and safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our products are made with natural, nourishing ingredients such as shea butter, coconut oil, and essential oils, to provide hydration and soothing properties without harsh chemicals or synthetic additives. How do I get the wax off of the crystals?

After removing the crystals from the wax, wipe them thoroughly with alcohol until all traces of wax are completely removed.
What payment methods do you accept?

We are pleased to inform you that we accept a wide range of payment options, including all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we also offer the option to pay securely through Klarna, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How are your soaps packaged?

Each bar soap is individually packaged in plastic, with a removable label that doubles as a sticker. This sticker can be easily applied to various surfaces such as water bottles, mirrors, laptops, etc., and it cleanly removes without leaving any residue. Similarly, our liquid soaps are packaged in foaming bottles, and their labels are also removable for added convenience. Additionally, our liquid soaps come in foaming bottles, with the same type of label.
Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do. They expire 24 months after the purchase of the gift card. The amount is customizable, with a minimum of $25.
What method is used to make your soaps?

We craft our soaps using both the cold process and hot process methods, employing high-quality, all-natural ingredients.
How long do your products typically last once opened?

Given the absence of preservatives, we recommend using our products within 18 months of opening to maintain freshness and efficacy.
Can I customize the scent or ingredients of your products?

Yes, you can personalize the fragrance or ingredients of our bar soaps. Kindly be advised, custom bar soap orders require a minimum 5-week turnaround and a minimum quantity of 20 bars.o initiate your inquiry, kindly complete the inquiry form located on our CONTACT page. Are your products tested on animals?

We do not conduct any testing on animals for our products.
